We identify the areas where care resources and facilities are insufficient to meet the healthcare needs of the population – an often-overlooked aspect of healthcare accessibility. Disaster and Emergency Response
With support from the USGS, FEMA, NASA, NOAA, NRCan, and others through numerous Open Geospatial Consortium pilots, we have developed several indices identifying in advance the health and medical needs of a disaster impacted population – allowing the emergency response and public health communitiesdf plan for the delivery of those resources early in the overall disaster response operation.

Poseidon Plastic Tracking System
Poseidon aids governments, environmental organizations and the public health sector develop policies and implement measures to address both the short- and long-term impacts of plastic contamination on our planet and all living creatures. Piloted with funding from NOAA and NRCan, Poseidon identifies the presence and quantity of plastics in our oceans and bodies of water – as well as the potential health risks for the communities exposed to those contaminated waters.
